MELBOURNE, WE'RE MOVING TO OUR NEW HOME!

Our Hub POP UP in Fitzroy was always temporary, but with the love and support of our community it has come to feel like home, since leaving Duke Street last year. 

We're so pleased to be able to announce this move, as it signifies the start of a new and exciting future for Hub, our sister businesses and new partnership with Molteni & C. 

In Melbourne this year we are opening the first Australian Flagship Store for Molteni & C, with a beautiful new, purpose-built showroom within the Industry Lanes precinct on Church Street. This space neighbours The Front Room Gallery, a space for creativity to thrive, by Jacqueline Foti-Lowe. 

Like moving house, in order to make the best of our new home, we must clear what we hold in our current space. Think of this as our 'garage sale' but all pieces are either ex-display and in near new condition, discontinued brands we won't be carrying forward or stock that is no longer in production.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

- All goods are sold ‘as is’ condition.

- Goods are sold on a first in, first served basis and we will not hold items.

- Payment indicates acceptance that goods have been fully inspected by the signing purchaser (including structural and cosmetic defects).

- All sales are final. There will be no refunds, exchanges or returns once payment has been made.

- Payment is required in full at time of purchase.

- Discount only available on floor stock.

- Discounts cannot be applied to past transactions.

DELIVERY AND/OR INSTALLATION

- Delivery and/or installation is not included for any products purchased in the sale.

- There are no exchanges or refunds if goods cannot be collected for delivery due to access issues.

- All items must be collected by the purchaser by no later than 5pm Thursday 4th May 2023

– Collections should be pre-booked with our team to ensure ease of removal.

- Uncollected items will automatically and without further notice be relocated to storage and a delivery, handling and storage charge will automatically be applied as listed below. Additional charges will need to be paid in full before your goods will be released.

- The collection address for uncollected orders after 5pm Thursday 04/05/2023 will be 9 Gilbert Park Drive, Knoxfield and collection can be arranged from Monday 08/05/2023. Earlier collections cannot be facilitated.

- Any items not collected from Knoxfield by 5pm Friday 12/05/2023 will be forfeited and re-sold without further notice.

CHARGES FOR UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

All items not collected by 5pm Thursday 4th May will be taken and stored until 5pm Friday 12th May. Items will incur a removal fee of $180 (per item, including GST) and a $50 (inc. GST) per day, per item storage fee will be incurred. 

LIGHT FITTINGS

- All light fittings are sold excluding installation and delivery.

- Light fittings that need to be un-installed on site will need to be arranged for and undertaken by the purchaser.

- Hub takes no responsibility for installation, condition, suitability of fittings or impact of fitting installation on existing or proposed circuitry or systems (e.g. CBUS).

- It is incumbent on the purchaser to seek professional advice from a qualified electrician regarding the suitability and/or impact the light fitting may have.

- All globes or transformers supplied with fittings are included at no charge to the purchaser, and no claim for faulty globes and/or transformers will be entered into.
